About Our Website Listings - We endeavor to keep our listings up to date. All items listed are "one of a kind". Please understand that we also make sales in other ways, especially at stamp shows. On occasion, we will experience a lag in updating the listings for a few days. We appreciate your understanding. Your order will be reduced if any item is unavailable and the difference will be promptly refunded to you.
When an item has an image, you are seeing the actual items we will be shipping. No "representative images" are used. Take advantage of our enlargeable image technology and enjoy viewing our stock!
Ordering - It's easy! Shop the site by entering a search or navigating the Country Name listings. Add items to the shopping cart. Check out by entering the information requested and we will get your order moving.
Shipping - We ship to addresses in the United States. We offer FREE shipping for orders of $100 and up. For orders totaling less than $100 the shipping charge is $2. Most orders are sent by US Mail. We insure your shipment at our expense too!
Delivery Time - You will receive most orders in 7 to 14 days. Some orders may arrive sooner. Orders paid by check will take longer than credit card orders.
Payment - We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Personal Checks. (Checks must be received within 7 days of your order and are subject to a clearing delay.)
About Credit Card Security - We Care About Security and Your Privacy! We are PCI compliant. This means that we do not store or see your full credit card number. When you enter your information, the screen is sent to Authorize.Net, the leading secure processor of web credit card transactions. We only see the last 4 digits of your card number. No card information is stored on our computers or in our files.
Sales Tax - Texas Residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Return Policy - We do our best to accurately describe our items. If you are not satisfied with what you receive, we will accept timely returns within 7 days of receipt. Due to our insurance requirements, all outgoing orders are photocopied. All returned items must be in the exact condition in which you received the item.
